Look at previous participants
Create database for these, mark contact details, contact and ask if might be interested in MRC2008 and preferred location, and mark database.

Website Ideas
Resize graphic images so they are smaller, faster to load, and add more.
Mt Database - Not sure how to do this, but would like to create a database of Mountain details, as per existing book, previous participants, and future events.

Team people together / create teams, to encourage committment and participation

Create State / area co-ordinators, Eg Paul/Jason for Tasmania, Mat - ACT/Central NSW, Pete/Dave NE NSW

Create bumper stickers for MRC 2008

SQL Cards for official report of contact

Goals / prizes for these goals, eg longest confirmed contact, most MRC stations contacted.
Lowest wattage contact, most unusual contact method (eg 27MHz/UHF toy handheld, morse code by torch / headlights)

IRLP / EchoNode / eQSO to MRC somewhere.

Test day approx at end of October - either are determine located or a central place for everyone to get together and test / compare equipment and setup, or mixture of both.

Collection of Google Earth links for Mts - in details show Mt info, Eg distance to other places etc, as per usual Mt Info sheet.  Also links to pics about that mountain.

I want to get all members communication with each other either via a website forum, IM, voice (Eg Skype/Palltalk) to encourage further co-ordiation of site to site communications.
